Carol suffered neck and lumbar disc injuries following a car accident in 2013. She complained of backpain traveling down her leg. Carol’s MRI showed disc herniations and arthritis at L4/5 and L5/S1. InOctober 2014 she underwent L4/5 and L5/S1 endoscopic discectomy for treatment of herniated discs causing a pinched nerve and in January 2015 she underwent endoscopic rhizotomy for treatment of arthritis back pain. Four months after her first surgery with Dr. Rappard her pain was reduced 100% and her disability was reduced 88%.
